The practices you’ll experience here didn’t begin with me.

They come from ancient traditions of Qigong and internal cultivation, carried forward through teachers, lineages, and lived transmission over generations.

At the same time, this program is not a replica of any single teacher or system.

What you’re learning here is my lived interpretation — shaped by my own body, nervous system, healing journey, and years of teaching real people with real lives.
