Qigong, often called “the art of cultivating life force,” is distinct from yoga and Tai Chi. Unlike yoga, which emphasizes stretching and poses, or Tai Chi, a martial art, Qigong is slower, softer, and more internally focused. It works directly with your body’s energy systems (meridians) to promote healing, reduce stress, and enhance vitality. You won’t need to memorize sequences or push your limits. Qigong is about doing less and feeling more.
