Qigong is often called “the art of cultivating life force.” Unlike yoga, which focuses more on stretching and poses, or tai chi, which is a martial art form, Qigong is slower, softer, and more internally focused. It works directly with the body’s energy systems (meridians) and is designed to promote healing, reduce stress, and enhance vitality.
