1. I'm new to Qigong. Where should I start?Welcome — you're in the right place. Qigong is an ancient energy practice that blends gentle movement, breath, and focused awareness to help you reconnect with your body, reduce stress, and activate your natural ability to heal. Think of it as meditation in motion — but designed to nourish every level of your being: physical, emotional, and spiritual. The best way to begin is with our Free Membership and the Jing Path — the starting point of your healing journey. This path helps you tune in to your energy body, recognize where your Chi might be blocked or depleted, and begin gently restoring balance. You’ll explore short, beginner-friendly classes that awaken your awareness and give you practical tools for daily life. You don’t need any experience — just a willingness to breathe, move, and feel.

What is Qigong, and how is it different from yoga or tai chi?Qigong is often called “the art of cultivating life force.” Unlike yoga, which focuses more on stretching and poses, or tai chi, which is a martial art form, Qigong is slower, softer, and more internally focused. It works directly with the body’s energy systems (meridians) and is designed to promote healing, reduce stress, and enhance vitality. You won’t need to memorize sequences or push your limits. Qigong is about doing less, not more — and feeling more, not forcing.

3. Do I need to be flexible or physically fit to do Qigong?Not at all. Qigong meets you where you are. Whether you're sitting in a chair or standing tall, the movements are gentle, adaptable, and designed to help you reconnect with your body without strain. It's especially supportive for people healing from injury, illness, or burnout.

4. How much time do I need to practice?Even five minutes can make a difference. We recommend starting with short, daily practices — just 5 to 20 minutes — and building consistency over intensity. Many of our students begin with one short video each day and find their energy shifts within the first week.

5. Will I actually feel energy (Chi) in my body?Yes — and often much sooner than you think. Many students report feeling warmth, tingling, pulsing, or a magnetic sensation in their hands, chest, or spine within the first few classes. You may also notice a sense of calm, clarity, or emotional release. Chi shows up differently for everyone — your only job is to stay curious and notice.

6. Do I need any special equipment or space to begin?No fancy gear required. Just wear comfortable clothing and find a quiet space — even a small corner of a room will do. Some students practice standing, while others use a chair. You don't need mats, blocks, incense, or anything else. Just you, your breath, and a little space to move.

Jing Path is for those feeling well and wanting to stay that way. It focuses on prevention, core energy maintenance, and vitality. Chi Path supports recovery from stress, fatigue, or imbalance. It helps you rebuild energy, restore balance, and develop consistent healing habits. Shen Path is for those facing deeper health challenges like chronic illness, emotional trauma, or depletion. It offers more advanced energetic practices and optional one-on-one support. You don’t need to “climb” through the levels. You begin where your body and spirit need support most.

2. How do I know which path is right for me?Ask yourself how you’re feeling — physically, emotionally, and energetically. Feeling good overall? Start with Jing to preserve and protect your energy. Feeling drained, anxious, or stuck in recovery? Choose Chi to rebuild and rebalance. Struggling with chronic illness, emotional burnout, or deep spiritual fatigue? Begin with Shen for deeper healing and transformation. You’re not locked into one path forever — you’ll shift as your energy shifts.

I was living with DIS-ease, disconnected from my body’s rhythm and drowning in exhaustion. Nothing Western medicine offered gave me lasting relief. It was only when I turned inward — toward the breath, the body, the Chi — that things began to shift.
Qigong didn’t just change my health.
It gave me my life back.
Now, as a practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) principles, I guide others on their own path to healing — through movement, breath, and energy cultivation. Whether you're just beginning or deepening your journey, I’ll meet you where you are.
