What began as my personal path to healing has become a lifelong passion. I now devote my work to sharing the ancient art of Qigong — a practice that awakened my vitality, restored my balance, and reconnected me to something deeper.

But this didn’t begin in a textbook or a temple. Even though it brought me to them.


It began with me — sick, struggling, and searching.

I was living with DIS-ease, disconnected from my body’s rhythm and drowning in exhaustion. Nothing Western medicine offered gave me lasting relief. It was only when I turned inward — toward the breath, the body, the Chi — that things began to shift.

Qigong didn’t just change my health.


It gave me my life back.

Now, as a practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) principles, I guide others on their own path to healing — through movement, breath, and energy cultivation. Whether you're just beginning or deepening your journey, I’ll meet you where you are.

Under the guidance of Master Damo Mitchell, studying Neigong, Taiji Quan, Baquazhang, Daoist alchemy, and classical internal cultivation. However, I am not a teacher at IAA and do not teach any of their coursework. I am a student and learning the finer internal arts. Once I am approved by Damo to teach, you'll know it!

Xian Tian College of Traditional Chinese Medicine — 1st Year Student
Formal studies in classical Chinese Medicine, energetic anatomy, and therapeutic theory.

Holden Qigong — Long-Term Practitioner (2017–Present)
Modern Qigong training with Master Lee Holden, blending movement, flow, and energy literacy. I love working out with this group of people several times a week.

Why Lineage Matters in Qigong

Qigong is passed heart to heart, breath to breath.


A teacher is shaped not just by their credentials, but by the traditions they stand inside of the teachers they’ve studied under, the forms they’ve embodied, the medicine they’ve practiced, and the work they’ve done within their own nervous system and spirit.

My training weaves classical Daoist internal arts, Traditional Chinese Medicine, modern Qigong, and decades of lived experience creating a teaching style grounded in ancient wisdom and rooted firmly in the needs of the modern world.
