Headache & Brain Fog

Relieve tension, sharpen your clarity, and lift the mental fog that slows you down.

Try These Points:

  • Yintang (M-HN-3) – The “Third Eye Point.” Located between the eyebrows. Gently press to calm the mind and relieve frontal headaches.

  • Feng Chi (GB20) – Found just beneath the skull on either side of the neck. Excellent for neck tension, migraines, and visual strain.

  • Taiyang (EX-HN5) – Located in the temple region, this point helps reduce temporal headaches and improve focus.

Pro tip: Add breath—inhale slowly while pressing, exhale as you release tension.

🌙 Sleep & Anxiety

Calm your nervous system, settle racing thoughts, and support a deeper, more restful sleep.

Try These Points:

  • Shen Men (HT7) – Found on the inner wrist crease, aligned with the pinky finger. A classic calming point for emotional overwhelm and insomnia.

  • Anmian (EX-HN22) – Just behind the ear, midway between GB20 and SJ17. Translates as “Peaceful Sleep.”

  • Yin Tang (again) – Don’t underestimate its soothing magic—this point is used in nearly every calming practice.

Use gentle pressure in the evening with dim lights and soft music—or while lying in bed before sleep.

🔥 Digestion & Detox

Strengthen your gut, move stagnant energy, and activate the organs responsible for detox and elimination.

Try These Points:

  • Zusanli (ST36) – Below the kneecap, one finger-width lateral to the tibia. A powerhouse point for digestive strength and overall vitality.

  • Tianshu (ST25) – Two finger widths lateral to the belly button. Helpful for constipation, bloating, and abdominal discomfort.

  • Neiguan (PC6) – Inner forearm, three finger widths above the wrist crease. Supports digestion, eases nausea, and calms gut-brain tension.

Circle gently, breathe deeply. Activate your digestive fire.

🛡️ Immune Support

Build your body's defenses and boost resilience—especially during cold, damp, or transitional seasons.

Try These Points:

  • LI4 (Hegu) – Located between the thumb and index finger. Known as the “command point” for the face and immune regulation.

  • ST36 (again) – You’ll see this one often—it builds Qi and Blood, bolstering overall vitality.

  • LU7 (Lieque) – One and a half finger-widths above the wrist on the thumb side. Opens the lungs and clears exterior wind-cold.

Use during seasonal transitions or at the first signs of cold, fatigue, or immune drag.

🌺 Women’s Balance

Support hormonal flow, relieve cramps, and bring ease to the cycles of womanhood with ancient wisdom.

Try These Points:

  • Sanyinjiao (SP6) – Four finger widths above the inner ankle bone. Known as the “women’s point,” it supports cycles, fertility, and fluid balance.

  • Zigong (EX-CA1) – Located 4 cun below the navel and 3 cun lateral. Helps with uterine health and reproductive regulation.

  • LV3 (Tai Chong) – Between the big toe and second toe. Soothes irritability and balances Liver Qi, which governs menstruation and emotion.

Avoid SP6 during pregnancy unless advised otherwise.

🍂 Seasonal Support

Adjust your energy with nature’s rhythm—specific points to help you flow with the changes of spring, summer, fall, and winter.

Try These Points (By Season):

Spring (Liver Qi) – LV3 (Tai Chong): Helps move stuck energy and ease emotional tension as things begin to grow.

Summer (Heart & Fire) – HT7 (Shen Men): Cools the spirit, calms excess heat, and anchors the heart.

Fall (Lungs & Grief) – LU9 (Taiyuan): Supports lung Qi, especially when dryness or grief rise.

Winter (Kidneys & Restoration) – KD3 (Taixi): Found behind the inner ankle. Recharges your core and nourishes yin.

🍁 Follow the season. Flow with nature. Align your body to the Earth’s rhythm.
