  • Register for an in-person Zoom class on Tuesday evening CT or Saturday morning. Pre-registration required.

  • Sample the Spectrum of Easy to Follow Videos below: Try a Warm-up for physical flow, the Daily Chi for emotional balance, or the Six Healing Sounds for deep nervous system regulation.

  • No Gear Required: Just give yourself a few feet of space and a few minutes of presence. There is no "perfect" way to move—only your way.
