  • Level 1 | Jing: Focus on steady grounding. Perfect for building a solid foundation and a sense of safety. 

    • Step into the Flow: In this level, we focus on the basics of understanding your breath and body connection to build your inner Chi internal reserves. This tier includes:​

        • Explore the complete ChiFlow Video Library. Gain instant access to our library of foundational Qigong practices.

      • Jing Course:  Guided courses to learn the foundations and take that uncomfortable step further, all alongside community support and discussions. This is a space to explore your mind-body connection.
