I received my Red Belt (2017–2020) from Shun Dao University. (In many martial arts, a red belt typically signifies an advanced level of training, often preceding the black belt and representing mastery of techniques and self-defense skills.) I trained in foundational Qigong teaching practices and Barefoot Doctor healing techniques. This training emphasized energy cultivation, self-healing, and hands-on techniques rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, equipping me with the skills to promote balance, vitality, and holistic wellness.
