After joining a membership, pop into your Member’s Area and click “My Programs.” From there, you can jump right into all the courses included with your level—just hit “Join Program” and you’re in. No extra steps, no extra forms—just pure energy flow.

When browsing through programs, look for the label:

“You’re a Participant”

That means the course is unlocked and ready for you to begin your journey.
