I’m Lynn Marie, founder of ChFlow Academy. I’m delighted you’ve found our community and hope the resources here resonate with you.

My journey began at a crossroads. I was wrestling with stress, chronic health challenges (including Fibromyalgia, Arthritis, and Asthma), and extra weight that seemed to sap my joy. When I discovered Qigong, everything changed. Through gentle practice, I learned to soothe anxiety, rebalance my nervous system, and ignite my innate healing abilities.

Despite skepticism from others—and even from myself sometimes!—I chose to trust in energy’s transformative power. I tried countless programs before realizing the key was self-responsibility and radical acceptance. As I aligned mind, body, and spirit, I shed not only physical pounds but also limiting beliefs.
